In the series
Bakuman, by Takeshi Obata and Tsugumi Ohba, one of the main characters(Mashiro Moritaka)
is shown replicating 100 pages from each of the great scenes from ten popular battle manga in order to improve his drawings when making his own manga.
So~ I decided to make a challenge for all of you manga artists and future cartoonists to try out.
The challenge is(If you haven't figured it out):
Draw 100 pages from ten manga/comics using the ten series that pertain to your style the most. That's right,
1,000 pages in total.
So before each of you find your pencil, paper, and trusty eraser, please keep these rules in mind:
RULES:1.Place credit where credit is due; this is not your own artwork, therefore you may not say that this is your own original work.
2.Cheat(no tracing).
One more thing to note:
Don't feel bad if you cannot complete this challenge. It is a challenge for a reason and does not constitute whether you can make a series or not.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Bonus challenge:
If copying isn't your style,
the second challenge is to (Without brainstorming) make a short story that is ,a minimum, 60 pages long.
(Like Eiji Niizuma!)It may not be the professional way to do it,
but it certainly could be fun!
And there's no copyright stuff to go with it, yay!Either way, good luck!
